Texas Instruments lowered guidance Monday thanks to sinking demand from one of its large wireless customers. TI never named names, but Cramer said he knows who it is.
Nokia NOK. TXN said that its “customer’s” market share is still intact, but demand for the most expensive phones was dwindling. So even though Nokia’s best of breed, Cramer said, with demand down the stock’s a sell. The company’s feeling pressure from both sides right now: AAPL, MOT, Ericsson on the low end. And, as the Mad Money host has said numerous times, this just isn’t the season for tech.

Tata Motors (TTM), according to a television report from India's NDTV, has closed a deal to purchase Ford's (F) Jaguar and Land Rover units for a combined $2.65 billion. However, sources were unnamed in the report. and a Tata spokesman said talks were still ongoing. The report noted the deal will likely be signed tomorrow.

Through the use of antigen engineering and proprietary cell separation technologies, Dendreon Corp. (NasdaqGM: DNDN - News) develops therapeutic vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, and small molecules to treat a variety of cancers. The company's key product candidate, Provenge, received a positive opinion from the FDA expert panel on March 29, 2007. However, the FDA only granted an 'approvable' letter on May 9, 2007.
Once again, the fate of Provenge will be dependent on the ongoing IMPACT phase III trial. Positive interim results from the trial in the second half of 2008 will enable the compay to amend the BLA [biologics license application] filing for Provenge. Therefore, we maintain our Hold rating on the shares of Dendreon with a price target of $5.00.
